it underscores the need for full disclosure by applicants (and therefore their brokers) of 'circumstances' which might give rise to a claim, when applying for coverage - particularly under claims made policies.

Book Review: I read the Generic Challenge in one evening. It is easy to read, anecdotal and short (100 pages). My favorite portions of the book were Chapter 2 (pharmaceutical patenting strategy) and Chapter 7 (drug life-cycle management).

C. insurance law. The Bill received 1st reading on April 30, 2008. The Bill must now proceed through the various steps of the legislative process and there are also a number of Regulations to be drafted, but you can expect the new Act to come into effect in the next few months.
