September Producer Price Index declined 1.3%

The Producer Price Index for finished goods fell 1.3 percent in September, seasonally adjusted, the U.S. Department of Labor s Bureau of Labor Statistics reported October 17. This decline followed increases of 0.1 percent in both August and July.
