New Slings and High Upstream Speed: Sling Community

I just got Fios, and with my old slingbox I can stream at about 1800kbps, which makes it look so much better than my 600kbps from Comcast. I know through manual settings you can stream 640x480 remotely with the new slingboxes. How much better would the video quality be?
