GLVAB, based in Gothenburg, Sweden, is a complete service company in electromechanical manufacturing, repairs and sales for the industrial sector and public administration in Gothenburg and the surrounding area. The company has six employees and annual revenues of approximately SEK10m.

The acquired operations will become part of the Rorick Group, acquired by TOOLS Momentum in August.
