Visually overwhelming début film by Chinese-Thai brothers about a deaf-mute hitman in Bangkok. Just when you thought you could safely put hitman movies behind you, along comes a left-field film that completely refreshes the genre.

Nokia music bundle gets more operator backing - Zibb.com
LONDON, Oct 20, 2008 (Reuters via COMTEX) --
Carphone Warehouse has started sales of Nokia's new music bundles with Orange subscriptions, the operator said on Monday, adding it is continuing talks with Nokia on a wider music deal.
Last week Carphone started prepaid sales of Nokia's music bundle -- which offers free downloads for a year -- and also started to sell the music service with Orange subscription.
"We do have an agreement in place to allow Carphone Warehouse to sell the Nokia 'Comes With Music' prepay and postpay handsets with Orange SIMs through their own stores," said a spokesman for France Telecom unit Orange.
Analysts had expected getting the new lineup into carriers portfolios to prove challenging, as many telecom operators create additional revenue and profit from their own music stores.
Nokia said last week it had signed a deal with 3 UK to sell the same phone as of November, and also Orange said it was in talks with Nokia over a music deal.
"We are holding ongoing discussions with Nokia regarding the Comes With Music service, there is currently no direct agreement in place with Nokia," said an Orange spokesman.
"Comes With Music" offers unlimited music from the four major music labels and many independents which can be kept after the yearly contract has expired.
The individual tracks can be downloaded to a single computer, and are free -- although the cost of that music is reflected in the price of the phone itself.
Nokia's "Comes with Music" phones and music service, and similar packages from other hardware vendors, could help the music industry make up for falling CD sales and cut illegal downloads.
Nokia launched the service in Britain and expects to roll it out in many key markets, including the United States, in 2009.
"Britain is the acid test market. If you can launch the service successfully on the UK market it can be taken elsewhere," said Patrick Bossert, a senior official at telecom services firm Convergys.
Carphone said on its Internet page Nokia's N95 8GB phone with the "Comes with Music" bundle was on stock, available for next day delivery, for free, if a consumer signs up for Orange's 40 pounds monthly contract.
