I have used both Harper Platinum and Praxair anilox rolls... The biggest difference I have seen is that Harper rolls seem to clean easier...I use 3 bcm rolls for my spots and 1.5 for process and have had success with both... Does anyone have an opinion on this matter???

Sarah, I tried your suggestion from May of 2005 : "Try "resetting" the RIP by closing the RIP, then deleting the following from the ColorBurst RIP folder: -- the Preferences folder (be sure this is the on in the CB folder) -- the RIP Support folder -- the "Defined Printers.

While I now use Capture NX2 for editing, I still like Elements as a 'photo album'. (much easier to browse for your pics). I'm finally replacing my old computer and would like to install Elements on on the new one, but can't find the registration number to enter. Any ideas where it's hiding?

[Installation] Missing MAPublisher folder after installing software

Sometimes when you install a full version of Illustrator on a computer that previously had a try-out version installed, or if you install a different language version, the newly installed Illustrator finds the old preferences. These can point to the wrong plug-ins folder.
