Anyone know about coating and laminating your own pressure sesetive material on your press. We have a 10" Scout and would like to make our own material using paper fac on PET liner with hotmelt adhesive. Any news is appreciated :?

We are planning to convert to flexo printing to coat silicone on glassine based paper. The required silicone coat weight is 0.8 to 1.0GSM, considering the non-100% ink transfer from anilox to substrate, what it the best/recommended anilox volume that we should use?

Can anyone offer advice on how to determine when using a Magnetic Die is justified? If you have 10-15 different die cuts and are short runs (one-three rolls) when is it more cost effective to get a magnetic die? Do you have to get a couple of different cylinder sizes for repeat differences?

hi , Anyone can suggest me that sandwiching of adhesive and release liner to the bare chromo paper? i hve bare chromo paper 80gsm 250mm width,to be coated with some acrylic adhesive or hotmelt adhesive in flexo press?
