Wolseley profits leak to tune of £766m

Wolseley Centers Ltd to move to Trafford Park

Trade counter specialist Wolseley Centers Ltd is to become the first tenant to occupy the former Fastrack Parcel Building at Trafford Park, following a full refurbishment. International property advisers GVA Grimley secured the 10-year lease of 770 sq m (8,282 sq ft) for Wolseley Centers.
