Centex Corp., the Sacramento area's largest homebuilder, reported a loss of $150 million as revenue declined almost $800 million during its fiscal first quarter. The company had a loss of $1.21 per share on revenue of $1.13 billion. That compares to a loss of $128 million, or $1.
