European Court rules in favor of source protection - editorsweblog

The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg has ruled that a Dutch court should not have detained Dutch journalist Koen Voskuil in 2000, after he refused to reveal a source. A step towards the protection of journalists and their sources in Europe.
