I'm just wondering what small book vendors people are purchasing books from. Besides the big ones - Follett, Baker Taylor, etc., what smaller vendors do you like and what are you finding beneficial (if anything) about using a smaller vendor or book jobber? Right now, I purchase about 95% of

The complaint was filed in the United States District Court Eastern District of New York on July 2, 2009. An initial conference is currently scheduled for November 2, 2009. The complaint lists 10 demands:
