The complaint was filed in the United States District Court Eastern District of New York on July 2, 2009. An initial conference is currently scheduled for November 2, 2009. The complaint lists 10 demands:

Question about open source OPACs in school libraries - TeacherLibrarianNetwork
Greetings, all! While perusing Jessamyn West's most excellent blog, I got all curious about an open source OPAC program called Evergreen. I know they've used this in Georgia, and apparently they are doing something similar in British Columbia. Anyone else out there using an open-source OPAC?
