Since I'm now working in school law, I'm curious about the types of legal issues school librarians have to deal with (beyond copyright law). Have you had some sort of licensing, contract, constitutional or other legal problem that has been unresolved, or required legal intervention? I'm

I have a name and a logo for my publication. Now, which is best? Trademark or Copyright? I may not need it, but for the small cost to file, I would like to protect myself. Input would be nice! Thanks!

Actually, that is the website for the US patent and trademark office. The copyright office works through the Library of Congress at http://www.loc.gov. Or go direct to http://www.copyright.gov. There is a ton of info on the site.
