Quercus buys Irish newcomer

Quercus has signed a two-book deal for world rights with Julia Kelly, who recently won the Irish Book Awards' best Irish newcomer title for With My Lazy Eye. Quercus will publish this book as a paperback original in September, and Kelly's second novel will be published in 2009.
