Journal Communications Inc. said it has entered into an asset purchase agreement with Banks-Boise Inc. for KNIN-TV in Boise, Idaho, for $8 million, subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions. KNIN is the CW Network affiliate in the Boise market.
