Jeffd, What is the serial number of the Pro1500E? Maybe you have a bad fan or it could be clogged up with dirt. Try to blow out the fan with a can of compreseed air. Please turn off and disconnect the Pro1500E from the AC source. Open the cover and then blow it out with the canned air.

Our phone system is on a MinuteMan Pro 1000 UPS (an older white one). I noticed the red replace battery light (picture of a battery with an X through it) on the other day so I ordered replacement batteries and replaced them.

Our church relocated all staff and their PCs. There is a Minuteman MBK-520 we had with the minister's PC, but the serial cable there doesn't work. The cable appears too new and works with an APC 600 on another system, but not the MBK-520.
