I booked Delta to Cairo in October and am considering changing our trip to November. However, from reading the fare rules on Delta's site it appears there's a $200(!) fee to make a change. That seems outrageous.

We are taking a Regent's Seven Seas Baltic Cruise in the beginning of August and also doing a pre and post stay. Should we purchase travel insurance and if so, any suggestions on providers with reasonable rates. Our ages range from 50 -59.

Ok so 10 days before our Holland America cruise, my uncle had a heart attack and has to undergo major surgery. I know that the website says you can't get a refund without more advance notice. Has anyone ever BEGGED them for a refund anyway and gotten a partial or full one?
