Will the SJ15 draw water from an open well useing only the correct size discharge pipe and no casing and nothing attached to the bottom end of the pipe except a check valve? Also, can you operate the 4" sub without a gate valve to create pressure, just run it straight up into a holding tank.

You would have to have a amp meter to measure the amperage on the motor and compare it to the name plate amps on the motors name plate. I assume this is a pump start system and the pump is not on a pressure switch.

Video of a Goulds 3ABLCB1H2DO I get a lot of questions about how loud are the Goulds Aquaboost pumps are. Here is a video link on the bottom of one we installed running at 70 PSI and then shuts off. We are in a big pump house room.

We were not getting enough water at 22 meters so we dug down another meter through this layer of hard sand stone found a layer of wood inside it. What the ....? Very strange. But hey, now water rises up 5-6 meters in just a couple hours.

I am running a grundfos cu 301. I need some advice. My well is 160 feet deep and i have about 50 feet of 1" line from the well. I have a run an additional line about 200-250 feet underground to an additional residence.

Grundfos cu301 system is 5 years old. Last winter the system went from 70psi setting to 40 psi and stayed there. I tried everything to reset to higher pressure, but could not. Well repair looked at it acouple weeks ago and said system was fine, but it was in locked mode by use of a remote.
